DBE LRP: Guidelines for Circuit Managers
This guide is for Circuit Managers to use as they support School Management Teams (SMTs), who must prioritise supporting teachers upon whom the implementation of the learning recovery depends. The implementation of this guideline will be adapted by provinces to provincial contexts and existing frameworks, in discussion with the DBE as part of a process of mutual learning and as an expression of a guiding principle of the LRP – that the programme will be differentiated (prioritising support to evidence-based assessment of need) and developmental (All schools must be encouraged to achieve deeper levels of learning, further develop their core tools of support to the instructional core, and share their learning).
