Lee Ang's film adaptation of Yann Martel's Life of Pi grossed more than S$3m in Singapore in the first two weeks of its release. The ambiguous twist towards the end of the story however, has many in the audience scratching their heads, wondering if they should believe in Pi's first or second account of his 227-day ordeal across the Pacific Ocean
