Biography of Dr. Nadeen Moolla

About Dr. Nadeen Moolla:

Dr. Nadeen Moolla is a wife, daughter and mother of three. She is an educational psychologist who has extensive experience in school development. currently serves as the Research and Development Manager at Marang Education Trust. She engages developmentally within the education ecosystem at various levels working with teachers as well as directors and DDGs within the Education Department and the non-government sector. Prior to her current role, Nadeen was a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of the Western Cape (UWC) where she trained and mentored teachers, counsellors, learning support specialists, and psychologists. Her practice and research have focused on school development, mental health, and inclusive education. She is passionate about developing teachers and school leaders in under-resourced communities and promotes emotional intelligence and emotional well-being as central to the provision of quality education. In her spare time, she takes care of her family and her three cats, enjoys reading, cooking and being in nature.
