About Mr. Khanyisa Sixwaru:

Khanyisa Sixwaru is a Project Manager currently leading the Western Cape operations of the Growsmart educational programme, one of South Africa’s most impactful literacy and learning initiatives. With over five years of experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development, and large-scale programme execution, he brings a strong blend of strategic planning and stakeholder coordination. He holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Industrial Psychology from the University of Cape Town, along with certifications in Team Management, Business Communication, and Intercultural Diversity. Previously, Khanyisa supported global training initiatives at Amazon across six countries, equipping him with a broad, multicultural perspective on learning. Driven by purpose, Khanyisa is passionate about delivering meaningful education experiences and creating systems that support learner growth and programme success.
