Physical Sciences : Grade 10

Physical Sciences investigate physical and chemical phenomena through scientific inquiry, application of scientific models, theories and laws of order to explain and predict events in the physical environment. The subject also deals with society's need to understand how the physical environment works in order to benefit from it and responsibly care for it. Indigenous knowledge also plays a great part in innovations and developments and is therefor part of the study of physical Sciences. Indigenous knowledge is the knowledge that communities had , used and are still using, this knowledge has been passed through generations and has been a source of many innovations. physical Sciences promotes knowledge and skills in scientific inquiry and and problem solving. This subject offers many career paths in the medical field, engineering and even technical fields.
