• Worked as ECD DCES from 2002 to 2008 in Ilembe district
• Worked as ECD DCES from 2008 to 2010 in DBE
• Worked as a Foundation Phase Lecturer in Embury College of Education from 2010 to 2012
• Worked as a Foundation Phase Lecturer in Embury College of Education from 2010 to 2012
• Worked as an evaluator from 2012 to date in DBE National Education and Evaluation Development Unit (NEEDU)
