About Janette Jooste

Janette, born and raised in KwaZulu Natal, has been passionate about education her entire life! Throughout her career of 27 years, she has never stopped researching, exploring, learning new skills, and expanding her knowledge to feed her curious mind!! Curiosity, however, has not killed the proverbial cat, but has opened world of wonders for her!!

Although she is passionate about many things in education - mathematics, music, and the world around us being at the top of her favourites list - she has found her true passion in Computer Integrated Education!

For the past 6 years she has explored various ways in bringing technology and 21st Century skills right into our Foundation Phase classrooms, and this is what she is going to share with us today!
